É«ÖÐÉ«ÊÓƵ’s School seeks to appoint a Deputy Estates Manager to support the Operations team and deputise for the Head of Estates in the day-to-day running of the Estates Department. You will lead people and the Estates team in site services and manage resources to ensure the effective operation of É«ÖÐÉ«ÊÓƵ’s School, including maintenance, housekeeping and services, so that the school’s facilities and services are maintained to the highest levels necessary to enable it to achieve its educational objectives. Deputise for the Head of Estates & Facilities manager, when required, such as during periods of leave, or other absences.
Salary: Competitive + benefits
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (full time). The seniority of this position means that you are expected to work such hours as are necessary to complete your work. Some flexibility is therefore required to cover some ‘out of hours’ meetings e.g. site meetings. 25 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
